This was just sold on eBay for all of $11.50. I found a mention of this stamp imperf. in one catalog only - the first edition of Soloviev, later it
disappeared from it. However, the margins look rather generous. Does it really exist?

This item started out as at a very high price and came down, fast. The most likely assumption is that it is a cut-out from stationary.

It looks to me as a trimmed perforated stamp.
