WW1 Petrograd Censor Marks - Speeckaert type 7 (boxed initials with number)

I collect WW1 Russian and Finnish Censored mail and I am currently studying Petrograd Speeckaert type 7 censor marks reportedly in use between November 1914 to September 1915. I have quite a few and I am trying to determine whether there are examples of each between the reported numbers of 3 and 68.

I have the following numbers in my collection: 3,4,5,6,11,14,15,16,17,19,20,21,22,25,26,27,28,29,31,34,35,37,39,40,41,43,44,46,48,53,55,57,59,63,64,65,68.

In addition Speekaert has illustrations of: 10,13,18,24,30,36,47,49,51,58.

This leaves the following that I would like to see: 7,8,9,12,32,33,38,42,45,50,52,54,56,60,61,62,66,67.

If anyone has copies of the missing numbers and is willing to send me scans I would be very grateful. I would also like to date each numbers EKU and LKU and try to establish scarcity, so if any collector would like to send me their list of numbers with dates I will enter them into a database to build up the scarcity picture.

Thanks Neil.

A few days ago I could get this letter from Petrograd - 17.1.17 - 6. Expedition to Chicago bearing No. 8 of this type.
Long time ago I also saw two letters bearing No. 33 in red. Unfortunately the initials were not readable.
