It doesn't look right. There's an article in a past BJRP by Ashford & Taylor on the Sochi overprint, illustrating many examples. This also looks
lithographed, not typographed.
Sadly, the "Ross" expert mark is no guarantee of genuineness.

A genuine Sochi overprint looks much more even and accurate. And is the "Ross" mark the 'true' mark used by Rosselevich? Personally, I have no doubts
that the overprint is forged.
