POW Post Deliveries Dates
The beginning of the WW1 dated Aug.1, 1914.
First two POW correspondence cards (so called Petrograd and Moscow types) were prepared at Jan. 1915 and then ordered from printing house. At the
beginning of Apr, 1915 they were printed and distributed among Post-Telegraph Districts. So far, before Apr. 1915 there were no special cards for POW
correspondence.
The questions are:
1. What is the earlier date of of POW letter? My example shows Oct.16, 1914
2. What is the earlier delivery, written on POW Correspondence Card. My date is May 5, 1915
