1931 Zeppelin Constr. set 15k double print?
I recently came into possession of a couple (imperf/perf)copies of the 15k purple value of this set where the print looks visibly shifted to the
right, causing a blurred effect on the stamp. Is this a true double print, or just a plate shift?
Opinions?

Yes, it is so-called "double print" of this issue as defined in some catalogs. It is actually "color shift" that creates this impression. It is much
more common than people think. I would not say it is 50/50 with normal stamps but probably close to that.
