Looks like it originated in Reval to me. Seems like a Reval address at the bottom of the back of the card.

Wolmar is crossed out in a violet ink. The "return to Reval" is also in violet ink - but so are the following three lines.

A translation of these three lines may tell us the story.

A red pencil either is underlining the "Return to Reval" or crossing out the second line.
