“modern rubbish” - Modern SPB or Moscow town post stationery
Verny
In another topic you wrote: the Russian Federation - there have been massive changes in the Russian postal system which have been largely ignored by
many collectors who shun "modern rubbish" I wonder how many of you have 1990's money letters (complete with wax seals), Modern SPB or Moscow town post
stationery in your collections.
If it is possible, could you provide example(s) or information on Modern SPB or Moscow town post stationery mentioned above?

I think that there is a special cover that must be used but I am not certain of that. The cover for use in Moscow has MESTNAYA MOSKOVSKAYA printed on
side. It does not have “A” stamp. Sorry that I know very little about the service therefore any information or images would be very welcome.

I remember in start 2000 years - form of “notification about handing” only. It was blank with blue line in short side. It was blank for local,
Moscow notification. They used not long time (near 2 years).

I can now attach example of the cover for use in Moscow. The cover shown was bought in the Central Telegraph Office.
