Last murder

I was thinking the story of this serial killer was pretty finished... but here's another murder...
Prigara didn't mentioned these postmarks exist also with the "... OTD" inscription. Here an example not so clear to be honest, but still reconductable to the 4th Otdelenie. The inscription on the right postmark can still be read, the number of the office less, but the registration label should remove all doubt.
The letter is addressed to the Suwalki Gubernia (so, not abroad), during 1913 (isn't it a late use of this postmark?)

BTW I'm waiting a postcard with a better postmark of the 1st OTD...

The postmark
PS! What a nice variety of the stamp. Reverse print.

1 OTD

A last postcard with the 1st Otdelenie postmark
I think it should be all.
1st Otd...
4th Otd...
And 2nd, 3rd, 5th, etc.?
I've never seen them...
PS! Just a thought. If today i go to Warszawa, i know the main post office is in the ul. Świętokrzyska, the philatelic center is in ul. Grochowska, plus there are a lot of other offices, from the biggest to the smallest, spread everywhere (i think around 180 circa)...
At the beginning of the XXth century, how many offices was there? Could it be Kontor and Otdelenie was just offices, from the biggest to the smallest, and (like today) they handled the same kind of mailing (all the kind!). Because i really can't catch differences in the same postcard, shipped the same abroad, with the same rate, just with different postmark...
