I may be crazy, but...

I think this is another scam from Chapallino (380011857584)--

He has a certificate that may be genuine or copied from a genuine
certificate. It doesn't quite match the stamp:

1) None of the corner perfs are exactly the same on the cert as
on the stamp.
2) The color looks a bit different
3) I count 20 perfs along the left side of the stamp and 21 in
the one pictured. This is hard to tell, and I could be wrong, because the certificate is so small.

Looking at the details of the stamp, it looks to be one of the fakes with 12 feathers on the eagle.

The whole matter is pretty silly, since the the fakes sell pretty well, when labelled as such.

This is the item

The perforations on the stamp image do not match those on the certificate. Maybe he substituted another image?

How do you report a fake item to ebay?

Forget reporting to eBay, I have been trying....trying....trying........pointing out to eBay that most of the China Large/Small Dragons, Red Revenues and Dowager issues on red-band covers listed on eBay are OBVIOUS fakes. eBay won't listen and many of them were sold to unaware buyers. :grind:
