Austro-Hungarian Occupation of Russia?

I noticed this nice Polish town cancel on an Austrian Military Stamp. I turns out that Dzialoszycы -- Дзялошицы -- was in Kielce Guberniya in Russian Poland.

The Provisional (Kerensky) Government recognized Polish independence 29 Mar 1917.

Soviet Russia confirmed recognition of Polish independence by signing the Peace Treaty of Brest-Litovsk 3 Mar 1918.

Would you say that this is an example of Austro-Hungarian Occupation of Russia?
