2 K, Scott 19. Single dot after KOP
The 2 K, Scott # 19 stamp is described as having a single dot after KOP. Texts show the top dot to be absent. Scanned is a 2K stamp where the
bottom dot is absent. May be just a fragment present attached to the P. Also pnoted are several breaks in the oval around the eagle and the 2 in the
upper right corner is missing the left bottom tail.

Looks to me that most of the bottom dot is there -- attached to the bottom right serif of the "P" in "KOP"

I would agree with jlechtanski ...
I have a few examples of this particular stamp and the earlier printings (at least I assume that they are) have the two dots quite distinct (the lower
dot is not connected to the "P"). On other examples (and I assume that these are later printings where the plates are getting worn) the dot is now
connected to the "P" and there is a decrease in the size of this lower dot, also there are several breaks in the various lines around the oval and the
numbers.
