Nice cover from a small place in Poland
Posted in Tsekhotsink postal otdelenie, Warsaw gub, Neshava uezd, serial 1 on 23 June 1889.
Addressed to Stettin. Arrival mark on back.
Franked with the 1-, 2-, and 3-kop stamps of 1883-88 (Scott #s 31-33) and the 4-kop stamp from the 14 May 1889 issue. Unfortunately, it is not the
inverted background variety. The stamps were placed in a beautiful square pattern.
Can someone add to our knowledge about this cover?

No knowledge to add, just another question:
What, if any, is the significance of the change in handwriting and pen in the first line on the back?
