Scott 70, question forgery.
Unfortunately no one has responded to this post. Often our cumulative knowledge is wasted due to disinterest or disclination in helping those in need
of assistance (even if it is a purchase.) All I can offer is the angle of the overprint on this stamp should be 50 degrees. It is correct in the
image. Certainly there are very knowledgable individuals in this area including some who published material on the subject.
