Watermark Mistakes

[Sent via email]
My name is Fouad. I'm a brazilian business man. I collect stamps for a long time. It's the first time I see a stamp ( 5 kopecks, 1883 - 1888, wmk line laid horizontal) with so many mistakes impression.
Number 1 : The stamp seems to be separated in the middle.
Number 2: The line in the wing of the eagle, located in the right side, seems to getting out of the body instead of going into the body direction.

I've searched in Scott catalogue and others about those mistakes and I haven't found anything about it.
I'm sending 3 photos of the stamp. One in front and back, taken by the scaner and one of the back taken by digital camera ( the stamp was on an indictor watermark). I took those picture to be sure that the failure is not on the paper.
I'd like to know your opinion and if those kind of mistakes are considered valious.

Thanks in adavance,
Fouad

Foaud, am not sure whether this is production (printing ) inking defect or post production damage to the face of the stamp. My suspicion from the image is post production damage and of no consequence from a collecting standpoint. Thanks for the submission
