Fun with postmarks
Pictured here is a local Moscow postcard. On the surface, all is normal. Take a look at the postmark.
The postcard was marked on 12 December 1912 by the 12th sub-office.
Can we display similar date items, i.e., 10.10.1910, 11.11.1911?

Different kind of fun with postmarks (non-numeric)
The two postmarks shown here are also funny - in a different way (even though the first one is NUMERICALLY funny too). Or is it only me who thinks
they are FUNNY?

Well, Zverinets has also been spelled in postal documents as Zverzhinets. However, a menagerie is still a menagerie.
Self-help is indeed needed.

More examples?
Bravo, Gary!
I think "CHELOVEK IZ ZVERINTSA" sounds at least as NICE as "MAN FROM HOPE".
Can anybody offer more postmarks like that?

I wish I could answer your question, but I have not a clue to the language.
Sorry
