translation help

I recently bought a postcard sent from Korsakovskii Post in southern Sakhalin to Germany (1899).
The message on back is written in old German script. Can anyone translate it for me?

is the one via Yokohama cancelled in 17/8/1899 and then again 10/9/1899 in Korsakovskoe?

The postmarks are
Korsakovskoe on 17 Aug. and 10 Sept.
Hakodate on 27 Sept.
Yokohama on 30 Sept.
Eupen on 7 Nov.

Mail for Europe was picked up once a month by a Japanese ship.
