St Yasen package card

parcel cards from obscure types of post offices are not exactly common. Here is a parcel card for a package of 4 funt (part of a group, all sent to Finland during WW1) from St Yasen, Minsk, on TPO 103-104. It was sent 1/12/15 and arrived in Rinimaki, Finland on 23/12/1915. It went through the Minsk main military PO on 3/12 and Lanti on 22/12, so most of the delay seems to have been in getting it to Finland. A RR Post Stantsia is a contract or semi-postal office on a railroad line, in a location too small to have a regular post office.
