Possible Władysławów?

This letter is franked by four 5-Kop. stamps. Every stamp is clear cancelled by triangle dots number "1162". Unfortunately the date stamp is very unclear. Inside there is any handwritten. "1875 - Huta Wladylawow 14 Febr - N. Halbrecht - empfangen 19 Febr - beantwortet 20 Febr". Huta is polish and means an ironwork. Does anybody know if there was an ironwork? Can be assigned the number "1162" to Władysławów?

The cover was sent from Бежунь Плоцк губерния (Polish Bieżuń, Płock gub.) so that number 1162 was assigned to that Polish postal station and not Władysławów.
