Withdrawn Imperial Stamps

I have in my notes that the 1 - 14 kop Imperial Arms stamps were withdrawn March 31, 1923, the 15 and 20 kop were withdrawn Dec 10, 1921, and that the 25, 35, 50, and 70 kop Imperial Arms were withdrawn April 8, 1921. The problem is I didn't write down references for these dates.

Where can I can find references for dates of the withdrawal of the Imperial Arms?

Thanks :)

You may try this: The postage stamps of Russia, 1917-1923 / / Ceresa, R.J. -- Cottenham, Cambridge, England

These dates are in agreement with those listed by Zagorsky in his "R. S. F. S. R. Specialised Catalogue of Postage Stamps 1918-1923"

In addition he lists the 1, 5, 7, and 10R stamps as also being withdrawn 31 March 1923.
