Scott 87, perforated 11 1/2 ????
Recently I reviewed a stamp offered as Scott 68a, perforated 11 1/2. The seller did not know the difference between vertically laid paper and
vertical lozenges. The stamp was clearly Scott 87 but was unequivocally perforated 11 1/2!
I find no listing for this perforation on Scott 87. I assume it was Scott 131 that had been fraudulently perforated.
Is my assumption correct?
Does Scott 87 exist perforated 11 1/2?
If so its rarity?

Scott 68a is Michel 55By. This stamp has a 11 1/2 perf. I guess I'm wondering why you don't believe the stamp being offered is a 68a?

68a with vertical lozenges on face
Possibly I was not clear? The stamp classified as 68a, perforated 11 1/2 had vertical lozenges on the face NOT vertically laid paper. Thus it had to
be Scott 87. My question was if Scott 87 has been recorded as being perforated 11 1/2.
