follow up on Scott 87 perforated 11 1/2
Now that I have clarified that the stamp in question has vertical lozenges thus IS Scott 87 or 131 perforated 11 1/2 does anyone have an opinion the
origin of the perforation?
Come on folks with all those views someone must have an opinion!!!!!

Local perforation known on 1 rub. stamps (I do not remember the size of it), I also saw private (forgery) perforation 11.5 on those stamps.
