What is this? Any idea about the rate? the dealer describes it as early air mail.

The first commercial airmail service was between Moscow and Berlin via Konigsberg.

The first postal rates were 4 Jun 1922 which included a 32r postcard rate.

The postcard seems to be over-paid by 3r.

This postcard would be a very early example Russian airmail.
