The background on this stamp appears quite different from the usual wavy background of the Scott 2 and 3.
Any information???

I impressed that over 130 people have looked at my post on Wenden 3.
I am equally unimpressed that not a single individual has commented on the background of this the stamp shown compared to the original. Clearly the
two backgrounds are different.
Shown are the two different backgrounds together. This way you do not have to exert any effort to compare.
Anyone willing to comment on the difference and why???

Just noted on E bay that the stamp on the left with the linear background is being offered on as a " well formed forgery".
