This location in Moskva Gubernia, indeed in suburban Moscow, is apparently now the favorite location of foreigners living in Moscow, at least those with sufficient cash to do so.

The 1916 Spisok tells us that there was only a RR Stantsia handling ordinary correspondence in 1916, so no postmarks would be expected. Yet the attached shows a 1917 postmark on a postcard. There would seem to be at least two possibilities:
1) in 1916 or early a PO or PTO was opened. This seems most likely, given the form of the postmark.
2) There was a seasonal sub-office of the Moskva at this location; these do not seem to be listed in the 1916 Spisol. This seems less likely, but a whole lot more interesting.

Note that the card is addressed to Moscow, Moscow-Vindavsk RR Pokrovskoye, as if the writer was expecting it to be delivered by rail.
I had to truncate the card to cut the image down to acceptable size.
I think the card was sent from Petrograd, but the dispatch mark is unclear. it appears to have been sent on 16/5(?)/1917
