!5K, typographed, no watermark. Classification??
Scanned is 15K, typographed, unwatermarked, lightly cancelled issue. One can see a clear prominent, vertical mesh in the paper. The margins appear
to be adequate so not to be a trimmed perforated stamp.
This stamp does not fit any classifcation. Typographed, unwatermarked stamps following Scott 279A do not list the 15K value nor do other publications
on this series. Many of the stamps typical of this issue have the prominent vertical mesh.
Can anyone offer an opinion on this stamp?
