1916 cover from Aleksandrovskaya to UK

Cover dated 7 Jan 1916 (OS) postmarked АЛЕКСАНДРОЗСКЬ АРХАН.Г

What I would like to know is whether it has been posted in Aleksandrovskaya in the Arkhangelsk Oblast or Aleksandrovskaya in the Murmansk Oblast? as it is addressed to Sheffield UK it would seem more likely that it was posted near Murmansk than in a village in the middle of the Dvina river. Any help would be appreciated.

Looking at the Kiryushkin list of of imperial offices, there is only one location in Archangelsk Gubernia in imperial times with such a name -- АЛЕКСАНДРОЗСКЬ,
listed in that list as an Uezd town. The Uezd was at one time known by the name Kola, and Murmansk is nearby.
In terms of postmark grammar, the 1903 circular for two-ring cancels stated that Gurbernia and Uezd towns did not need to state the region in which they were located, while smaller establishments. So this should be an Uezd town mark.

I have the same mark on a newspaper wrapper, cancelled 12/8/1906.
