Origin of the postcard + cancel

I am unable to identify the city of origin for this postcard, because I cannot decipher the writing. :hair
Also, if you have any info on the cancel, I would appreciate. Thanks

Lodz in central Poland and the card is written in Yiddish? Both guesses....
