Imperial Russia - Consular Stamps
Dear Everyone,
A friend of mine is asking me about a few Consular stamps in his hands.
I do not have the Barefoot catalogue, so anyone would be kind to let me know the year of issue, approximative valuation for those items, or any other
relevant information?
There are four stamps (scans of two of them below):
1 kopek and 2 kopek
1,50 rubles and 7,50 rubles.
