postmark translation

Hi. I'm having difficulty translating the office of origin in this postmark on a 1917 postcard. Can any kind soul offer a solution ?

O.K. I've found references to an Izyaslavl as well as Izyaslav in Volhynia province. I'm assuming the latter name is likely my target. ?
One bonus: enlarging the image drew my attention to a detail I had overlooked (despite the previous use of a 10X stereo microscope!), the faint Vienna censor's stamp on top of the indicia.

The cancellation clearly says ИЗЯСЛАВЛЬ ВОЛ. Google searches came up with only one Izyazslavl' extant by the beginning of the 20th century - that's Izyaslavl' Station south of the Izyaslav town center. It is still a big railway station. There is no indication that it is a railroad station postmark, so perhaps the urban area immediately surrounding the station was also called Izyaslavl' and had a post office. Just a guess.
