Philately USSR magazine
Has the Rossica Society ever contacted the publishers of Philately USSR magazine with suggestion to publish an english language edition? I feel
collectors of Russian stamps and covers would benefit from reading the magazine. I myself would like to know russian collectors and their interests. I
am learning Russian and think it would be beneficial to me.

Rossica has an agreement with Filatelia USSR/Filiatelia signed may years ago allowing Rossica Journal publish Filatelia USSR articles. We always can
do it for selected articles. It is not an issue. Main problem with what you asking for is availability of people who can do in time professional
translation of monthly journal into English + cost of publishing, etc.
