I am the author of new catalog "Local Stamps (Provisionals) of Russia, Ukraine, Belorussia, USSR, 1918-1922,1931", which is currently for sale starting December 28th, 2018. Hard cover book. Size: 25cm x 17cm x 3cm. Heavy (1kg 250gr = 3 lbs) 464 pages. Luxury Edition! Bilingual book:
Russian/English=50/50. Such catalog was never issued in history of Russian Philately.
The price is as follow and it includes registered shipping:
$60- only to those who live in Moscow, Russia, and in Kharkov, Ukraine, if they are OK to take a book personally;
$62- with shipping to those who live in Ukraine;
$65- with shipping to those who live in Russia;
$75- with shipping to USA residents. Actually, total supposes to be $85, but I ordered many books per private mail;
$85 - with shipping to all other countries.

I highly recommend this book. Not only is it the best reference on the subject in existence, it's also a beautiful book, beautifully printed on excellent paper and full-color throughout.
