Your "stamp" is a forgery. Imperforated does not exist. Perforated one is very rare, one of the rarest stamps in Russian Philately, but forgeries are abundant. I have an original stamp in my collection (it has Buchsbayew certificate). Unfortunately size is big so please email me at mockba48@yahoo.com if you want to see this stamp.
