Note scan..... Unable to find any reference to a Russian office in Stockholm. Any information?

The stamp is from a cover or postcard posted on a ship travelling from Finland, then a part of Russian Empire, to Stockholm. The stamps on such covers
were cancelled after arrival to the place of destination.
