Siberia (Kolchak) Scott #4 variety?

Hi everybody!
I've noticed a flaw in the overprint (see letter "L" in "ruble" on scan - left stamp). Is it a consistent plate flaw or just overinking?

I never heard about this flaw, but it does not mean much. Let's see if somebody find other copies. I checked my collection and duplicates and did not find anything like that. May be somebody has a full sheet to check?

Is that a gutter or a margin at the top of the image?

I don't really know, the "margin" is 16mm high and has a 2mm thick horizontal red line on it.

That's neat! The margin on your scan looks just like what I have on that bk. of 4. Any ideas on the position in the sheet?

My margin block is positions 9-10 and 19-20. So we eliminate those as possiblities. The block where the flaw is shown has no shelvage. Sorry.:( I'll keep looking....
