C51a Mint - Is it real?
Please take a look at this copy of Scott C51a. Couple observations:
1. Perforation sounds a little bit strange to compare with my C50a (or this is my eyes?)
2. Liapin (434a) and Standard Collection catalog (0374A) both state that this stamp exist only as used (with philatelic cancel from Kazan). Mint does
not exist. Any opinions?

Perforation on this stamp looks normal and genuine to me.
What is questionable is if it is realy mint.
Too bad I can not see the back, but:
My opinion is that there is cancel removed from bottom right corner (as it known that cancels (CTO?) on those stamps were very light).

Andrey probably right about removed cancel. I also can see very weak traces of the cancel on the image now ( I don't have stamp). I am still
questioning perforation because I have several copies of C50a (obviously from the same set) and all of them have very nice and clean perforation. See
below. C51a perf looks VERY different to me.

Well....
Here is an image of genuine (no questions asked) of # C50a with perforation similar to the stamp (C51a) in question.
Espesially top and bottow..
