Real double print? I do not think so...
Here is another, I believe, inkjet/laser printer made error.

Just to note that
distance
between typographically printed real stamps is
smaller
than between those "extra images".
Hard to believe that only one
'clishe'
was used originally to make this double print error.
Any other suggestions?
