Reperf Scott# 292

I believe the following stamp to be reperfed. It is 13x10x10x10. Although I find a reference to a 13x10 stamp, I find no reference to this specific perforation. Does anyone have any information that may help?

It is listed in Standard Collection Catalog. Vol 5, part 1. page 26. as #57E, 3 rub., Type 1, line perf 13 1/4 x 10 x 10 x 10, cv - $2500 (?!) for MNH. Check sizes - if it is reperf - it should be smaller.
It can not be made from 3 rub. imperf unwatermarked stamp (March 1926 issue) - (Note after 275A in the Scott - for Scott readers), because this imperf stamp exists only as a Type 2 (shoulder line connects horiz line). Type 1 (shoulder line does not touch horiz line)does not exist as imperf unwatermarked stamp to the best of my knowledge.
