Printed matter rate on PostCard

There are two hand written wordings over the top of crossed out printed words. As the card has only 2k stamp isnt this "printed matter" rate? I think one hand writen words is "imprime" for printed matter in German. What is Russian spelling for printed matter? Thanks Jimw
