In 1979, the address index boxes were changed to four diagonal dots instead of six, all dots of equal size. In 1983, the internal rate was raised to 5 kopeek. In 1984, the back flap instructions were modified as shown and the instructions under the address boxes was changed. The cover shows the 1979 changes and the others are shown below.
