According with Prigora, in November 1864, the Russian postage stamps be reintroduced into Poland, and further production of stamps was suspended. On 1/13 Apr 1865 Russian stamps were introduced and Polish stamps were withdrawn. 208,515 unusued stamps was returned and aparently destroyed. Hope that information provided by Prigora helps you!
