Russian issues watermark varieties

The 1899 - 1904 KITAI overprinted issues are listed by standard catalogues as printed on vertical laid or horizontal laid paper. But if you have a complete sheet or a quarter pane showing the paper maker inscription, one can see that the stamps can be found with NORMAL, INVERTED, INVERTED AND REVERSE watermark based on the paper maker inscription. Can anyone tell me what is the name given to the patterned watermark of the Russian issue? And the name of the paper maker. I have attached a scan of the paper maker initials typed from my non-russian make computer (not exact).

ЭЗГБ - Экспедиция заготовления государственных бумаг (the Department of Providing of State Papers). The Department was a subsidiary of the Ministery of Finance.

GOZNAK is short for Государственный знак which translates something like "State Mark" or "National Sign." I don't know what a good translation would be.

In any case, they created banknotes, then later coins, bonds, stamps and other things.

"They act something like a combined "security printer" and "mint"
