Harbin provisional 2cents large multiple

Wish to let Wen-Shiang know that this block has finally arrived (in one piece!) and I am sure he would like to record it as he is an expert of this issue. I also like to express my gratitude that his article on the Harbin provisionals published in the Hong Kong Philatelic Society Journal 12 (2007) is well received and we have received several enquiries from China and Russia re copies of the Journal.
Please enlighten me: what does the marginal inscription say? What is No. 35 - plate number?

Khudozhestvennaya Tipografia Amerika, i.e. something like Artistic Printing Shop America. 35 is the printing press or, maybe, plate number. The basic definitives were printed at various printing shops.
