Please help me!!

Hello I am from Venezuela does not speak much English, but I will try to explain my problem, I have a good ringer russia fiscal year 1903 approximately want a little more information about this stamp duty because it did not register on any of the same or even in the Catalog Scott, this is the image of the stamp duty belongs to the birth certificate of my great-grandmother.

This is a 60 kopeek revenue stamp of 1887. It is listed in multiple catalogs, but probably the easiest one to get is J. Barefoot. Russia Revenues, 2004., page 6, #13. It should have hexagon- shaped watermark. There are two types of this stamp based on watermark orientation.

According to Barefoot:
- common stamp has vertical hexagons (catalog price - 1/2 pound).
- the stamp with horizontal hexagons is a scarce one. Catalog for it - 50 pounds (100 times more expensive!).
