B 6, B 10 on yellow paper.

Recently found several examples of this stamp in perf 12 1/2 and 13 1/2. The paper color is a bright yellow. Can find no reference to them. any suggestions?

There is a footnote to this effect in the Gibbons catalog, on p. 5 in the 5th Ed, part 10.
It is mentioned in the Lobachevski catalog (Rossica 98/99, p. 70, the Shalimoff translation).
